Honda CBR650R

The ex-showroom price of Rs 9.99 lakh, Honda has introduced the 2025 version of its well-liked supersport motorbike, the CBR650R, in India. The model has additional functions, a redesigned appearance, and new color options as part of this update. The model will start to be delivered in February 2025. Let's briefly review what's available here.

Honda CBR650R: What’s new

First, the motorcycle's design has improved, particularly the rear area, when compared to its predecessor. Its aggressive appearance is attributed to its short windshield, dual LED headlights, and sharp, extended full-fairing. The most significant improvement, though, is a 5-inch TFT instrument cluster with Bluetooth connection and associated functions. Matt Gunpowder Black Metallic and Grand Prix Red are the two colour options for the vehicle.

Honda CBR650R: Engine and Hardware

Just like the European counterpart, the motorcycle\'s 649cc, liquid-cooled, in-line four motor generates 95 horsepower and 63 Nm. A six-speed gearbox is attached to this powerhouse.

The model's bike components include a 10-step pre-load adjustable mono-shock suspension unit in the back and a Showa SF USD fork up front. The front wheel's two discs and the rear wheel's single disc provide stooping power. The Triumph Daytona 660 will be the model's primary rival in India.
