Pulsar NS400 by Bajaj is the recent launch in the Indian market at a slightly high launch price of ~₹1,85,000. The subscriptions for the NS400Z bikes are already in place, with ₹5000 requested for the booking amount and the first set of the bikes is guaranteed next month. This bike stands out due to its price tag, about ₹46,000/PKR less than the Dominar 400-K, which is significantly lower than it, and the most affordable 400cc bike that has a performance rating of 40 bhp.

The NS400Z is designed to follow the common styling of the Pulsar family with a sole LED Headlamp/DRLs. At the front, the new Pulsar Sat triples bare the 43-inch champagne gold coloured fork, 320 mm disc and 17-inch alloy wheels like the rest of the Pulsar NS models.

An air-cooled four valves and 373 cc single-cylinder engine powers the NS400Z and it produces 39.4bhp at 8800 rpm with the help of the same 35Nm at 6500 rpm, and it is mated with a slipper clutch slip assist and a six-speed transmission.

When it comes to WhatsApp being concerned with main features, the Bajaj NS400 stands out having a rich colour LCD and Bluetooth connectivity. The instrument cluster involves a fuel gauge, a tachometer, a gear position indicator, a speed display metre, an odometer, a trip metre, and a turn-by-turn metre. In addition to music controls and a lap timer, the device also features a lap timer.

Riders have a variety of riding modes at their disposal from road mode, and rain mode to sport and off-road modes, and they can also alter their brake and clutch levers in 5 steps. With a 174 kg weight, and a 12-litre fuel tank fitted in, the NS400 is the mid option that features a 140/70-R17 rear tyre, 807 mm seat height and 168 mm ground clearance at a very attractive price point.
